WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR?
We will only accept an exchange in size or store credit (excluding the cost of original shipping).
As we are a made to order brand, we do not accept returns for refunds. You can however exchange in size or request a credit note for a future purchase.
For your exchange form contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to email you a copy.
We only accept an EXCHANGE in SIZE or STORE CREDIT if the following requirements are met:
The item/s are returned within 10 days of you receiving them
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
Undergarments must be worn when trying on items
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
So we are aware of the incoming package, you must contact us at email@example.com prior to sending back the item/s
Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

Orders must be returned within 10 days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 10 day policy we will not be able to process your exchange.
We only accept goods as FAULTY if the following has been met:
