NAKEDSWIM wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.

We offer store credit for exchange only. No Returns

 Items must leave customer’s hands within 15 days of receiving to action store credit for exchange.

  • Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible exchange or store Credit. No Exceptions.

  • Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit for exchange no further discount code to repurchase.

  • We do not reimburse for exchange shipping.

  • All credits are given of the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order and less discounts.

  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with.

  • Customer is responsible to send back the garments 

  • Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items by placing a new order online.

  • Returns & exchanges are processed within 5 business days after item is received and checked.

  • A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.

  • Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. 
    If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
