Orders can take approximately 2-3 business days for all domestic orders to be processed and shipped (weekends are not included).
Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website.
-Our sizes run in three standard sizes. Small, Medium, Large, X-Large.

All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description.
Please read the item description of the product before purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct size.

Small is based on a standard XS-S size 
Medium is based on a standard M-L size
Large is based on a standard L-XL size
X-Large is based on a standard XL-2xl size.

-Seamless finishes give a super strechy feel and can stretch out to 1 size bigger (returning back to normal size when taken off) which allows us to have a smaller size run.

-Due to our minimal cut & coverage style we suggest larger busts going up one size to your normal t-shirt size unless you are comfortable with minimal coverage.

-Our sizes are based on average sizing so be sure to check our size chart or email us if you are unsure of your sizing before placing an order.

Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the USPS site.

International delivery time frame is approximately 15-25 business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded).
All International Orders are Final Sale.
International Taxes & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in particular occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Once your package has left the U.S you are unable to track the package. The last tracking information you will be updated with is a sorting facility within the U.S. This is an indication that your package is with the Customs Department in your country.

All orders placed within 25 business days, we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.
You will receive an email from our team indicating your credit has been successfully processed once it has been submitted.
Once you receive the email, please allow 2-10 business days for store credit to be issued.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order not including processing. If your item has not been received after the 10th day please email hello@nakedswim.us.

At this time we do not offer express shipping, however, we will be working on applying this service to our customers in the future.

We usually restock various styles on a weekly basis. There are no guarantees that an item will be restocked.

However, we have added a new feature where you can input your information if you wish to be contacted, should a particular style be restocked or you may contact customer service at hello@nakedswim.us to see if we can do a custom order.
The 15-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you receive your package).
We ship our packages via USPS.
Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

To apply a discount code to your order, you must first add items into your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on "View Shopping Cart". This will lead you to a new window where you will find the Discount Code box. Type the Discount Code here, then click on "Apply". Once this is complete, you may then proceed with successfully placing your order and checkout.
Yes, at this time, any order or item placed with a Discount Code upon checkout will be Final Sale.
NAKEDSWIM no longer processes returns, however, we are more than happy to process a store credit for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.
